Understanding the Updated Billing Details in Kintsugi

We've made important updates to the Billing Details section across the Kintsugi app—including changes to subscription plans, pricing, and how billing appears across Nexus, Registrations, and Configuration tabs. This guide explains what’s new and what you need to know to manage your subscription with confidence.

If you were previously on the Growth plan, you’ll now see this reflected as the Starter plan at the new reduced rate.

The Premium Plan is no longer a fixed package. If you're interested in Premium, you’ll be prompted to book a meeting with our Sales team to set up a custom plan tailored to your needs.

Look for the "Talk to Sales" button, which opens a short form to get started.

The new billing modal and subscription options appear in several areas of the app:

Wherever billing applies, the modal helps guide you through plan selection and auto-feature setup.

When upgrading your plan, you’ll be prompted to enable two powerful automation features:

✅ Both are enabled by default.

🚫 You must keep at least one toggled on to be able to save your settings.

These automation features help reduce manual work and ensure timely compliance.

If you've met nexus in more than 10 states, we recommend upgrading to the Premium plan. This helps ensure you're fully covered and optimized for multi-state filing needs.
