Getting Started as a Partner
To begin managing your clients with Kintsugi you'll first need to create your Kintsugi account

Minimum company information required:
Organization name
Primary contact email (this person will have visibility into all your client accounts)
Once your Kintsugi account is set up, coordinate with your Kintsugi partner manager to activate the partner experience. After activation, you’ll be able to easily manage your client organizations directly within the platform.
Add New Client Organization
Provide an email introduction between your client and partner manager.
Once logged in, click on Organizations.
To add a new client, click the New button at the upper right.
Access and Manage Existing Client Organizations
Return to the Organizations tab.
From the Organizations page, hover your mouse over the client organization you want to manage.
Click View Organization to manage details.
Invite Your Team to Access Client Organizations
You can invite clients or team members to manage or access on behalf of your client organizations. These invitations would typically be used if others from your organization will be assisting in managing the client. Make these steps in the organization you are inviting the user to access.
Click your name in the lower-left corner of the screen.
Select Account from the pop-up menu.
Click Invite user.
Enter the user's email address and select the appropriate access level:
Owner: Full read/write access to all areas of the organization.
Admin: Read-only access to the Configuration section, full access to everything else.
Member: Read-only access to all areas except the Configuration section.
For Existing Kintsugi Clients
Great news! Your existing client can easily add you to their Kintsugi organization. Your client (or another team member with the appropriate access level to the client’s organization, such as an Administrator or Owner) can invite you directly.
✅ Why this matters: Your client granting you access to their organization ensures you can support them faster and more effectively. Plus, it only takes a minute!
Have them simply follow the steps in the "Invite Your Team to Access Client Organizations" section above to send the invitation and assign the right access level.
