Where Can I Find My Billing Details?

Need to review your billing information? Here's how you can easily access it in your Kintsugi account:

1. Access Your Billing Details

a. Log in to the Kintsugi App

b. Go to Configuration

c. Click the Billing Details

In the Billing Details section, you'll find:

i. Plan Overview – displays your current subscription plan, payment method details, and billing contact details.

ii. Billing History – includes a monthly or yearly visual summary of your billing activity.

iii. Invoice List – shows all past and latest invoices for easy reference.

2. Account Permissions

If you don't see the Configuration tab, it’s likely because your account is set to Member instead of Admin or Owner.

Only Admins and Owners have access to billing information.

3. Requesting Access

If you are not an Admin or Owner and need to view billing information, please contact your account Admin or Owner for assistance.
