How do I cancel my subscription and delete my data?

This guide will walk you through the process of deleting your data in Kintsugi App.

1. Log in to the Kintsugi App.

2. Click Configuration from the left navigation panel.

3. Click on Settings.

4. Scroll down to the Archive Organization section and click the Archive button.

5. A confirmation dialog will appear. Carefully read the message, enter your Organization Name, then click Confirm.

6. A confirmation message will appear to verify that your changes were saved.

Important Notes

• After confirmation, your data will be permanently deleted in 60 days. If you change your mind within this period, you can contact us to undo the deletion.

• If you're archiving a TEST organization, data will be permanently deleted in 30 days.
