Tips and Common Questions

Which report should I use?

Use Transaction Details when you need to review individual transactions or address audit questions. Use Transaction Summary when you need a quick overview of totals grouped by jurisdiction.

I did not receive my report. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the report is not there after 5 minutes, try submitting the request again. If the issue continues, contact Kintsugi Support.

Can I export reports for multiple jurisdictions at once?

Each export request covers one jurisdiction at a time. To get data for multiple jurisdictions, submit a separate export for each one.
