The Kintsugi App gives you control over how often you receive non-critical email notifications. Whether you prefer to receive notifications daily, weekly, or monthly, you can set the right frequency for yourself or each user in your organization.
Non-critical emails are informational updates that do not require immediate action. There are two types:
Registration Request Received: A confirmation that your registration request has been submitted.
Updates from Kintsugi: Reminders and updates for pending tasks such as address validation, product categorization, and similar actions.
Follow these steps to adjust the email frequency.
Log in to the Kintsugi App.
From the left-side navigation menu, click Configuration.
Click Users to view all users in your organization.
Find the user you want to update.
In the Email Frequency column, along with the user's email address, select a frequency from the dropdown. It is set to Daily as the default email frequency, but you can choose from the other options available: Off, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
IMPORTANT:
Owners and Admins can update the email frequency for any user. Members can only update their own frequency.

A few things to keep in mind:
Daily emails are not bundled. Each notification is sent individually at 9:00 AM PT.
Weekly and monthly emails are bundled by email type into a single digest.
If there are no events within the selected time period, no email is sent.

NOTE:
By default, all new users are set to receive both critical and non-critical emails on a daily basis.

IMPORTANT:
If both the Email Notification Toggle and Email Frequency are set to OFF, the system will not send any emails to that user, including critical notifications.
