This guide will walk you through connecting your Amazon Seller account to Kintsugi. This integration allows Kintsugi to access and use your Amazon data. Let's get started!
1. Go to the Kintsugi Portal
2. Log In or Sign Up:
Existing Account: If you already have a Kintsugi account, enter your username and password to log in.
New Account: If you're new to Kintsugi, follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account.
3. Access the Dashboard: Once logged in, you'll be taken to the Kintsugi Dashboard.
1. Find “Data Sources”: On the Dashboard, look for the "Data Sources" section.
2. Browse Integrations: In the Data Sources section, click on "Browse Integrations".
3. Connect to Amazon: Find "Amazon" under the "Ecommerce" category and click the "Connect" button.
1. Provide Amazon Credentials: You'll be asked to enter the following information:
Seller Central URL: Choose the region of your Amazon Seller Central account (e.g., U.S.).
Marketplace IDs: Select the marketplaces you want to connect (e.g., United States of America).
Merchant Token: This is your Amazon Merchant ID. You can find it in your Amazon Seller Central account:
Go to: Settings → Account Info → Business information → Your Merchant Token

2. Save Details: After entering all the information (Seller Central URL, Marketplace IDs, and Merchant Token), click "Save".
3. Authorize Connection: A pop-up will appear in Kintsugi asking you to "Authorize the Amazon connection". Click "Authorize".
Amazon Login: You'll be redirected to the Amazon login page.
Enter Amazon Credentials: Enter your Amazon Seller Central username and password and sign in.
Two-Step Verification (if needed): You might need to complete two-step verification for security.
Amazon Authorization Screen: After logging in, you'll be taken to Amazon's authorization screen.
Grant Access: You'll see a list of data Kintsugi needs access to (like fulfillment, pricing, product listings, and inventory tracking).
Confirm Permissions: Check the box to allow access and click "Confirm".
Tab Closes Automatically: After clicking "Confirm" on the Amazon authorization page, the tab will close.
Return to Kintsugi: Go back to the Kintsugi Portal.
Check Data Sources: Navigate to the "Data Sources" tab.
Successful Connection: You should now see Amazon listed as an active integration, confirming the connection was successful.
Go to Data Sources->Manage Integrations. You should see at least 1 active integration.
In the Active tab, you should see Amazon.
