Updating Your Registration Login Credentials in the Kintsugi App

Overview

You can view and update your registration login credentials directly in the Kintsugi platform. This self-serve feature allows you to securely access, update, and manage your credentials whenever needed.

Note: If you have Kintsugi Mail set up and receive a state notice to update your password, you can ignore it. Kintsugi handles the password update automatically on your behalf.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to Your Kintsugi Account
Access your account using your current username and password.

2. Navigate to the Registrations Tab
Click on the Registrations tab in the main menu.

3. Select a Registration
Click anywhere on the row or the status of the registration you want to update.

4. Open the Registration Drawer
A side panel (registration drawer) will appear. Locate the Credentials section to view your most recent login details (if any have been entered).

5. Edit Your Credentials
Click the Edit button in the Credentials section.

• You may update your username, password, or both.

• Enter only the details you wish to change. Fields left blank will remain unchanged.

• Click Save to apply your updates. Your credentials will be securely stored.

Additional Information

• For enhanced security, only the latest credentials are displayed and editable.

• Credentials are encrypted and managed according to Kintsugi's data protection standards.
