How to Export Multiple Filings at Once

Pull the filing data you need, when you need it, in just a few clicks.

Need your filing data for your own records or reporting? You can export it in just a few clicks, and you will get to choose exactly how much detail you want to pull.

Steps to Export Filings

  1. Log in to Kintsugi

  1. From the left menu, select the Filings tab.

  1. Click the Export button (top right of the page) to open the export modal.

  1. Choose between two export options:

A. Export Current Filings

This option gives you a quick export of all your active current-period filings. No customization needed.

B. Advanced Export

This option gives you full control over the dara you pull. You can filter by any combination of the following:

  • Country

  • Jurisdiction (multi-select, limited to your active registrations)

  • Date Range (optional)

  • Status (multi-select, including unfiled, filing, filed, paused, issue, skipped, cancelled, or all statuses)

  • Filing Category (Original Filings, Back Filings, or both categories)

  1. Once you've selected the filters that match what you need, click Export to proceed.

Your report will be sent to your email address. Delivery typically takes one to two minutes, though larger organizations with more data may see a slightly longer wait. The exported file format is Excel (.xlsx).

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What's the difference between Export Current Filings and Advanced Export?
A: Export Current Filings pulls everything tied to your active due date with no extra setup. Advanced Export lets you filter by country, jurisdiction, county, date range, status, and filing category to build a more specific report.

Q: Can I export both original and back filings at the same time?
A: Yes. Under Advanced Export, select "All Categories" to export both categories under Filing Category to include original filings and back filings in the same report.
