How to Retrieve Updated Credentials for a State

If you're looking for the updated password or credentials for a state account, follow the steps below.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the Kintsugi app.

  2. On the left-hand menu, click “Registrations.”

  3. In the list of registered states, find the state you're looking for and click its row.

  4. A modal box will open with your "Registration Details." Click the eye icon to see the concealed credentials.

  5. Once clicked, the eye icon will change to a crossed-out eye, and your "Username" and "Password" will be visible.

Notes

  • If the password has recently changed, our Tax Ops team has already updated it in the system.

  • If the credentials do not work, reach out to support for further assistance.
