Join the Early Access Program for Kintsugi’s NetSuite Integration
Kintsugi now supports a read-only integration with NetSuite, available through our Early Access Program for select customers. This integration syncs your NetSuite transaction data into Kintsugi, supporting both Legacy Tax and SuiteTax environments.
Note: The NetSuite integration tile will not appear by default. It will only be visible to customers enrolled in the Early Access Program.
Step 1. Get Credentials from your NetSuite Account
Log in to your NetSuite Administrator account.
Get your Account ID.
Go to Setup > Company > Company Information.
On your Company Information page, scroll down until you see your Account ID
Copy the Account ID.
Set Up Role Permission
To grant access to the Netsuite, you need to create a user role to get Access Tokens using Token-Based Authentication
Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > New
Give the role a name (e.g. Kintsugi Role).
Under the 'Permissions' tab, select the appropriate permissions for the role. The role needs the necessary permissions to perform the integration tasks.
For Read-Only Integration, follow the permission setup below:
Get the Consumer Key & Consumer Secret.
Go to Setup > Integrations > Manage Integrations > New
Complete the Integration information.
Name: Enter a meaningful name (for example, Kintsugi App)
Authentication: Under the 'Authentication' section,
Select 'Token-Based Authentication.'
For TBA: Authorization flow set https://unify.apideck.com/vault/callback as callback URL.
Oauth 2.0: Under the 'Oauth 2.0**' section
Check "Authorization Code grant"
Check "REST API services"
Set https://unify.apideck.com/vault/callback as the redirect URL
Click the 'Save' button to save the changes.
Once saved, the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret will be generated.
💡 NOTE: Copy the "Consumer Key" and the "Consumer secret". You can’t access this information once you exit the screen.
Get Access Token ID & Access Token Secret
Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Access Tokens > New
Complete the form
Select the "Application Name" that you have created in the previous step (e.g. Kintsugi App).
Select the "User", which we created in the previous steps (e.g. Kintsugi User)
Give the token a recognizable "token name" (e.g. Kintsugi Token)
Click the 'Save' button to save the changes.
Once saved, the Access Token ID and Access Token Secret will be generated.
💡 NOTE: Copy the "Token ID" and the "Token Secret". You can’t access this information once you exit the screen.

Step 3. Test the Connection
In your NetSuite account, go to Transactions > Create Invoice.
Add a sample customer and add one or more items.
