Kintsugi Portfolio Pages and Columns Explained

A page-by-page guide for managing Kintsugi Portfolio
Updated 16 hours ago

Use this page when you want to know exactly what a number or column means. For the concepts behind portfolios, roles, access, and billing, see What Is Kintsugi Portfolio?

Most pages here mirror the equivalent page inside a single Kintsugi organization. The difference is that the portfolio shows them across all the clients you have access to, and every page can be filtered down to one client or one client owner.

Element

What it shows

Default Billing Mode

The billing mode that applies to every client unless that client has its own override, for example Partner Managed. Partner Managed means your firm controls all billing decisions and clients cannot upgrade or change plans on their own.

Per-Organization Overrides

Each client and who manages its billing (Partner or Client), along with the client's plan

Change Billing Mode

Requests a different billing mode, either for the portfolio default or for one client

Add Override

Sets a billing mode for a client that is not yet listed

Pending

A requested change that has not taken effect yet, for example Pending: Client Managed. The client keeps its current mode until then.

Cancel request

Withdraws a pending change

Delete (trash icon)

Removes a client's override, so that client follows the portfolio default again
