This guide provides the steps to allow third-party access to your Oklahoma sales tax account. Granting these permissions is necessary for Kintsugi to collect your registration details and operationalize the registration import in our app.
Oklahoma requires minimal involvement from you for this process.
Go to the OkTAP website.
Enter your username and password, and click Log In.
Once logged in, click on Manage My Profile on the upper right side of the screen
Click More and then click “Add Third Party Access” under the Access Management card.
Enter a Passphrase of your choice. It must be 10 or more characters, with at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
Click Next, and then Submit to complete the process.
Share the following information with Kintsugi so we can submit the third-party access request:
Passphrase
Account Type
Account ID
Account ZIP Code
After you provide the required credentials, Kintsugi will complete the remaining steps to request and approve the third-party access. Yes, you do not need to validate or approve it because Kintsugi will complete the access validation on your behalf.
Once access is validated, Kintsugi can continue with the registration import setup in the app.
