The Customers tab in your Kintsugi account lets you view, search, and filter all customer records. This page provides quick access to customer details, exemptions, and transactions.
Accessing the Customers Tab
Log in to your Kintsugi account.
From the main menu, click Customers.
You will see a table displaying all customer records.
Understanding the Customer Table
The table contains 9 columns:
ID – The unique identifier for the customer.
Customer Name – The full name of the customer.
Email Address – The customer’s email.
Country – The country where the customer is located.
Jurisdiction – The tax jurisdiction.
City – The city where the customer resides.
Postal Code – The postal/ZIP code.
Street – The street address.
Status – The current status of the customer record.
Searching for a Customer
You can search for customers using the search bar in the upper right corner:
By name – Type the full or partial name (e.g., Daniel Woods).
By customer ID – Enter the unique ID (e.g., customer_54513). This will display the exact customer profile.
Filtering Customers
Click the Filter button (upper right) to narrow your results:
Country – Select from a dropdown list.
Jurisdiction – Choose from available jurisdictions.
Source – Filter by customer data source (e.g., Etsy).
After selecting your filters, click Apply to update the results.
Tip: Using filters and the search bar together helps you quickly locate specific customer records, especially if you have a large customer database.
Viewing Customer Details
Click on a customer’s row to open their full profile. In addition to the basic details above, you will see:
Exemptions – Sales tax exemption details for the customer.
Transactions – A list of transactions associated with the customer, including counts of exemptions and transactions.
Navigating the Results
Page navigation – Use page numbers at the bottom of the screen or enter a specific page number to jump directly.
Results per page – Choose to display 25, 50, or 100 results per page from the dropdown menu.
