How to Check Filing Schedules and State Filing Activity

Easily review, track, and manage your company’s filing obligations in one place.

Where to Find Filing Information

  1. After logging in to your Kintsugi account, head to the Filings tab.

    This is your central hub for all filing schedules and activity.

    Here’s what you can see at a glance:

    • Country and Jurisdiction – Know exactly where each filing applies.

    • Start Date and End Date – Review the reporting period covered.

    • Due date – Keep track of when each filing is scheduled.

    • Total liability and status – Monitor what’s been filed, what’s pending, and what’s due.

  2. Clicking a filing on the list will display its details.

    • Period Overview includes the following details:

      1. Jurisdiction

      2. Due Date

      3. Period

      4. Transaction Count

      5. Transaction Amount

    • Tax Overview

      1. Calculated Tax

      2. Adjustment

      3. Fees

      4. Penalties

      5. Discount

      6. Credit Utilized

      7. Total Liability

    • Remittance Overview

      1. Tax Remitted

      2. Return Confirmation ID

      3. Payment Confirmation ID

    • Attachments

    • Notes

  3. To download filing details, click "Download Report."


Managing Filings

The Filings tab is more than just a tracker—it’s also where you can take action:

  1. Approve filings manually or in bulk using the Bulk Approve button.


  2. Filter filings by country, state, jurisdiction, status, or date for quick insights.


  3. View filing history to see what’s been completed.


  4. Add new filings directly from this tab.

  5. Export filings for reporting and record-keeping.

  6. Bulk download filings for reporting and record-keeping.


Viewing by Region

In the upper left corner of the Filings tab, you can select view options by Country:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Europe

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • Latin America
